got home, roommate just kicked off this requiem; would not recommend watching it alone --- disturbing/extra dramatic; so I stick around, though one has to have an appropriate mood but, this moving is not easily ignored..
i think Clint Mansell did a better job with soundtrack in Pi but here he's got 100% presence, add Aranofsky's drama/visuals and you better go get that tissue box ;]

note, it is overdramatized, at least my medic-friend mentioned that certain medical procedures depicted there have not been in practice for over 50years.
